Payments Methods

To purchase products from the Dharug online store, we offer the following payment methods: cash on delivery, online payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery, also referred to as "Cash on Delivery" or "Reimbursement Payment" at checkout, is paid in full upon delivery of the order. The payment will be made in cash (RON) at the time the parcel is delivered. You will pay the courier the amount specified on the invoice, representing the value of the products and, if applicable, the shipping fee.

Online Payment by Card

Debit card payment processing is secured and provided by Shopify through the Shopify Payments service. Accepted cards are VISA and Mastercard. No additional transaction fees are charged.

If your card is linked to an account in a currency other than RON, transactions will be made in RON at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for that specific card. No additional transaction fees will be charged in this case either.

How can you pay online by card?

On the checkout page, under the payment section, the "Online payment by card" option will be available. You can enter your card details directly on the checkout page without being redirected to another site. Ensure all order and card details are correct and click "PAY NOW."

The transaction will also be confirmed via email, sent to the address associated with your Dharug account or the email address entered during checkout. If the payment is not authorized, you can try again immediately after the "Payment Failed" message appears.
