How long does it take to prepare my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Some items may require additional preparation time depending on product availability or if they are supplied directly by one of our partner designers.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at office@dharug.com or directly on WhatsApp. We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Are all items brand new?

Dharug offers a curated selection of sustainable fashion pieces. Some items may be pre-owned or archival pieces and may show minor signs of wear consistent with previous use.

Can I see more photos before buying?

Yes. If you would like additional photos or details about a product, you can contact us on WhatsApp and we will gladly provide more information.

Do pre-owned items have signs of wear?

Some pre-owned items may show small signs of use, which are part of their history and character. We carefully inspect each piece and ensure it meets our quality standards.
